Packages are shipped Fedex and should arrive 2-3 days from date of shipment. Allow 1 to 3 Business Day for processing of orders Depending on the outside temperatures we include an ice pack to avoid melting.

Shipping Policy
At Angell and Phelps, we take pride in our product and our customer service! We pledge that all orders will be processed in the factory and will ship within 1 to 3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail to avoid long delays in the mail which prevents melting.
Angell & Phelps ships merchandise only to locations within the United States. We do not ship to international locations including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and Canada. Sorry for the inconvenience but delays at borders and ports will cause melting.
HOLIDAYS
Holidays are a busy time of the year for us! Please be aware that processing your order might take additional time. When placing an order for a holiday please follow the guidelines below to ensure prompt delivery before the Holidays:
New Year's Day (For delivery on or before December 31st):
USPS Priority Mail: Order by midnight of December 25th.
Valentine's Day: (For delivery on or before February 14th):
USPS Priority Mail: Order by midnight of February 7th.
Thanksgiving: (For delivery on or before November 21st):
USPS Priority Mail: Order by midnight of November 14th.
Hanukkah: (For delivery on or before December 1st):
USPS Priority Mail: Order by midnight of November 25th.
Christmas: (For delivery on or before December 25th)
USPS Priority Mail: Order by midnight of December 12th.
Return Policy
Our return policy is very simple. When you order from Angell & Phelps, you can be sure that your chocolates will arrive in good condition. Seasonal climate changes require extra care so we carefully package our chocolates with ice packs when the average temperature is above 85 Degrees. If your order does not meet your satisfaction, please notify us for a prompt and courteous resolution.
