The sea salt dark chocolate caramels are my favorite! We visited the factory several years ago while on vacation and have been back multiple times. I order chocolates for the family every Christmas, as well.
Our caramel is made in small batches, slow cooked in an open copper kettle. After cooling, the caramel is cut by hand then sent through a curtain of our rich, creamy Milk or Dark Chocolate where it is generously coated.
